Fotona 4D — Non-Surgical Facelift

Fotona 4D is the most complete protocol Fotona has built — four distinct laser modalities applied across one comprehensive facial rejuvenation. The two wavelengths (Nd:YAG for depth, Er:YAG for surface) and four delivery techniques work together to lift from beneath, tighten the surface, smooth lines, and brighten tone in a single session.

The four steps: (1) SmoothLiftin — intraoral Er:YAG laser delivered inside the mouth, heating the deep tissue around the lips, marionette lines, and lower face from within. (2) FRAC3 — Nd:YAG delivered through skin to target deep pigmentation and stimulate dermal renewal. (3) PIANO — bulk Nd:YAG heating of the deep dermis for skin tightening. (4) SupErficial — gentle Er:YAG peel for the surface texture, fine lines, and luminosity.

The result is genuine lifting, tightening, and brightening in a single comprehensive treatment — a 'liquid facelift' effect without injectables.

Who it's for: Mature skin, early-to-moderate laxity, lower-face aging (marionette and perioral lines), patients who prefer laser-only protocols, or patients who want a maintenance modality between injectable visits. Best done October–April in Florida to avoid peak sun during the recovery window.

What to expect: 60–90 minute session. Mild redness 2–4 days, optional peeling 5–7 days depending on the surface step intensity. Visible at 2 weeks, peak at 8–12 weeks. A series of 3 sessions 4–6 weeks apart gives the strongest result.
