NAD+ IV Therapy

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every cell, central to energy production, DNA repair, and cellular signaling. NAD+ levels decline steadily with age — by 50, most adults have less than half the NAD+ they had at 25. Restoring it via IV is one of the most studied longevity protocols in clinical practice.

What to expect: NAD+ IVs are typically delivered as a slow infusion — 1–4 hours depending on dose — because rapid infusion causes uncomfortable flushing and chest tightness. We start low and titrate. Most patients feel a clear, sharpened energy within 24 hours and continued benefit over the following week. A loading protocol of 3–6 sessions over 2–4 weeks builds the strongest result, followed by monthly maintenance.
